How We Identified the Problem
During our first launch of NoBrokerHood as a Managed Societies Solution, the product team identified the process of onboarding a society on the platform has a lot of business steps and well as system integrations which needed to be in-place.
Business teams were struggling manually assigning agents based on their location, and were keeping objective trackers on Excel/ Sheets.
Product Brief & Context
Uniview as a platform is engineered for improving the pace, transparency and accountability of processes in onboarding a society.
After understanding the business processes, we devised a flow for onboarding. Simultaneously, we were also considering the long-term capabilities of the product, making sure it is design scalable and product extensible.
With our users(FRMs) in mind, we built the platform as a hybrid web-app for desktop and android mobile, i.e, giving us great capacity to push live updates and enabling the users to work smoothly, even on slow internet.
Core Capabilities of the Platform
Adding resources(FRMs) on the platform, assigning to Society Leads.
Monitoring of tasks, meetings and jobs associated to lead.

Launch & Impact
FRMs(Field Resource Managers) and other business operatives were able to monitor their tasks on the go now.
We had a great response from our resources on-ground about the product, and how its shifting the entire manual process onto a digital canvas. Simple monitoring of resources and assigned projects gave them great exposure of resource accountability.
With over 2k+ users in place, there was a initial resistance in picking up the pace of tasks. The business clarity was achieved through manual training whereas the product also introduced a onboarding process to get FRMs familiar with the user interface.
From mid January’21, we started seeing massive boost in activity and impact within the product. We were able to reduce the overall
lead-conversion time from 2-3 weeks to 3-7 days for a complete integration with a society. This varied based on the amount of
products we launch in a society.
This lead us to a massive growth from <200 societies in Feb’21 to 8000+ societies by the end of August’21.
Directly or indirectly contributing to the company closing a Series E round in Nov’21.
Product Growth
With great success of Uniview, we had the time to introspect on how to make the product even better for the company. This was also a great time for us to experiment and expand into other ventures. We were able to launch multiple pilot projects in weeks.
These Include,
Uniview Loans (Home loans product for NoBroker)
Brands & Campaigns (In-Society Marketing tool for NoBroker Hood)
Calling Dashboard (For NoBroker)
Builder Dashboard (NoBroker Builder Projects)
Uniview Interiors (NoBroker Interior Design & Renovation Solutions)
Admin Portal (For NoBroker Admins)
By the end of July’22, we had over 12,000+ societities onboarded on the platform. With such an impactful tool, the company’s leadership decided to make Uniview public, sell it as a SAAS platform to external clients. (univw.ai)
